This 3 session leather working workshop is designed to teach classic hand sewing techniques. Chuck Allen, the skilled craftsman behind Earth and Hide, will guide you through the steps of working with leather including punching, hand sewing, riveting, snap setting, and caring for your finished item. Students will have use of leather working tools and will be guided through the process from hide to finished product. During registration you will be able to select your choice of leather colour!
When: TBD, based on availability for you & Chuck. Workshop duration: approx. 9 hours, split into 2-3 sessions
Where: The Community General Store, 10 Cedar Drive, Unit B, Niverville
