My favourite ideas usually come from others.  That's why I love collaborations so much.  I had the idea for a blacksmith to make hardware for me and contacted Cloverdale Forge to see how I could make that happen.  We worked out a trade for the first series, and forged a solid relationship as a result!  These hand forged blacksmithed buckles have been my most popular product to date.  It's handmade on handmade, and extra local.
